Who is Pasquale La Montagna?
I’ve been working as an animator for a number of Canadian animation studios for the past 16 years. My work has been featured in multiple animation series and video games. What is included with a Digital Caricature?
Digital caricatures are made by hand or on computer in black & white or colour. The final files are delivered to you as digital files. Digital caricatures may include a single person or multiple people in the caricature drawing. What is included in a Caricature Masterpiece?
Caricature Masterpieces are custom hand-drawn, full-colour caricatures, created on art paper. They are true pieces of art and a considerable amount of time is taken to create compared to a Digital Caricature. The final drawing is shipped to you and a scanned digital file is also provided.
Can I have my caricature drawing created in a specific style?
Yes. This can apply to Digital or Masterpiece Caricatures. Please write this in your message when you complete your order form. I will follow up with you to request examples so I can provide a proper quote.
Do you draw caricatures of pets?
Yes. Please contact me for details via the Contact section of the website and I can provide you with an estimate for a caricature drawing of your pet.
Are you available for events?
Yes. I have offered live caricature drawing sessions at kid’s parties, birthday parties, and corporate events. If you would like more information on Caricature Event Rates, please get in touch with me via the Contact section on the website.
What can I use my caricature drawing for?
For Digital Caricatures and Caricature Masterpieces that are ordered for personal use, you are granted a perpetual worldwide license to use the final artwork and drawing however you wish as long as it is for personal use. Print copies, use it as a personal screensaver, mount it in a picture frame, or even put it on your favourite personal coffee cup. You commissioned the caricature drawing, it’s yours to use for personal use as you wish.
Is commercial use of a Digital Caricature or Caricature Masterpiece permitted?
For Commercial use of a Digital Caricature or Caricature Masterpiece, specific commercial use rights will need to be negotiated and agreed to at the time of placing your order.
What rights does Pasquale La Montagna retain to the caricature drawings?
Pasquale La Montagna retains a worldwide artwork copyright to the caricature drawings and may use an image and/or display an image of the caricature on the Pasquales Caricatures website or in my portfolio.
